Police Release Details on Altercation at Clarion Applebee’s Allegedly Involving Franklin Man

CLARION COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, a Franklin man was allegedly involved in an altercation that occurred at Applebee’s parking lot, in Monroe Township, Clarion County.

Police say 43-year-old Kenneth Orloski, of Franklin, became angry at a 48-year-old man, of Liberty, KY, and allegedly threw an airless paint sprayer at his truck and then threatened to physically harm him.

The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. on August 16.
