Police Release Details on Cranberry Crash; Two Women Injured

CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police have released details on a November 9 two-car crash in Cranberry Township .

Police say the accident occurred around 11:16 a.m. on State Route 257 at its intersection with East State Road.

According to police, Ruth Sottiaux, of Oil City, failed to stop for a steady red signal and struck a vehicle operated by Nancy Novicki of Seneca.

Both drivers were transported to UPMC Northwest for treatment of unknown injuries.

Seneca Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
