PINEGROVE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say an incident of Criminal Trespass occurred off McPherson Road, in Pinegrove Township, Venango County.

According to police, on December 1, a known suspect trespassed onto a posted hunting lease at the above described location.

The name of the suspect was not released.
