CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say a theft occurred on State Route 257, in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

According to police, a known perpetrator “failed to return the victim’s ladder after borrowing it, with the intent to deprive the owner.”

The victim is a 67-year-old Seneca man.

The total estimated loss is $150.00.

The incident occurred sometime between 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on June 12, 2015.
