CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say a theft occurred on State Route 322, in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

According to police, an unknown perpetrator(s) removed approximately 129 prescription pills from a 66-year-old Cranberry woman’s residence.

Police say there was no sign of forced entry, and other items in the home were not disturbed.

The incident occurred sometime between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on May 15.
