Police Report Two Thefts in Cranberry Township

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police are reporting two incidents of theft in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

Retail Theft From Walmart

Police say this incident occurred on May 18, 2015 when Nicole L. Sharp of Oil City allegedly under-rang two packages of underwear at the Cranberry Walmart.

Sharp was charged with retail theft, according to police.

Theft on Allegheny Avenue

Police say this crime occurred as an unknown suspect(s) removed a Husqvarna 262 chainsaw with a 20″ bar from the 61-year-old victim’s property.

The theft occurred at an unknown time on May 1, 2015.

The unknown suspect(s) then fled in an unknown direction.
