Police Respond to Alleged Domestic Violence in Emlenton

EMLENTON, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, around 8 a.m. on August 9 an incident of domestic violence occurred on Hill Street in Emlenton Borough, Venango County.

Police say Braden Kendall Stewart was charged with Harassment (Domestic Violence) after an alleged physical altercation with a 26-year-old female victim.

According to police, Stewart allegedly pulled the victim’s hair, shoved her onto their bed, and struck her in the back of the right leg three times with a closed fist.

A citation was filed with District Judge Lowrey charging Stewart with Harassment (Domestic Violence).
