CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police responded to an incident that resulted in a Disorderly Conduct charge at UMPC Northwest in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

Police say this crime occurred at 12:36 a.m. on August 30, 2015 as 52-year-old Jeffrey Scott Feely Sr. allegedly engaged in tumultuous behavior while medical personnel attempted to provide him medical care.

A non-traffic citation charging Feely with Disorderly Conduct was filed with District Judge Lowrey’s office.
