SCRUBGRASS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police investigated a report of a domestic dispute that occurred around 10:06 p.m. on April 18, on Eakin Road, in Franklin, Scrubgrass Township, Venango County.

According to police, the altercation allegedly occurred between 36-year-old Gregory William Matassa, Jr., of Emlenton, and a 58-year-old Emlenton man.

Gregory Matassa, Jr. was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment, police say.
