Police Respond to Incident of Harassment in Sandycreek Township

SANDYCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police say an incident of harassment occurred late Thursday night on South Penn Road, in Sandycreek Township, Venango County.

According to police, after a heavy night of drinking, a game of “cat and mouse” turned physical, causing the known, male victim to get punched in the chest multiple times around 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 12.

In addition, the victim’s rain guard on the driver’s side window of his 1999 Chevrolet truck sustained damage during the game of “cat and mouse,” police say.

Police say the actor is Jeffrey Clayton of Franklin, Pa.

A non-traffic citation was filed in the office of District Magistrate 28-3-03.
