OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Oil City Police say around 1:58 a.m. on November 24, a large fight occurred at the Wooden Nickel Bar in Oil City, Venango County.

According to police, Ronald Cunliff was observed fighting with another male when officers arrived.

Police say several individuals fled the scene.

Cunliff is being charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
