OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — According to the Oil City Police Department, a man was arrested for defiant trespass in Oil City, Venango County, Pa.

Police say around 2:30 a.m. on October 2, 2012, Robert James Seyler was arrested for defiant trespass and public intoxication following an incident at the Venango College apartments at 1801 West First Street in Oil City.
