Police Respond to U-Haul Rollover on Interstate 80

police lightsIRWIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police responded to a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 80 in Irwin Township, Venango County.

Police say the crash occurred at 9:00 a.m. on February 13 when 31-year-old Donald Roush, of Bentonville, AR, was traveling west in a 2010 Ford E450 U-Haul.

Police say Roush lost control of the vehicle on the snow-covered roadway.

The vehicle left the roadway from the north berm and struck an embankment.

The impact caused the vehicle to roll onto the driver’s side.

The vehicle was also towing a Pontiac Vibe that rolled approximately 90 feet from the roadway.

The crash caused one lane of Interstate 80 to be closed for one hour.

No injuries were reported in the crash.

Clintonville Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
