RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police say around 12:40 a.m. on May 26, an altercation occurred on Whitehall Road in Richland Township.

Terry Sherman, 47, Michelle Best, 42, and Natasha Best, 20, were charged in the incident.

According to police, Sherman was charged with Simple Assault. Michelle Best and Natasha Best were charged with Harassment.
