FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Sugarcreek Police Department say a theft of junk steel occurred on Rocky Grove Avenue, in Franklin, Venango County.

According to police, they were advised of the theft of about one ton of 6 foot long rebar that was on a Rocky Grove Avenue property.

The owner last saw his pile of rebar on August 12, 2014.
