OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Police are seeking the public’s help investigating a criminal mischief incident in Oil City.

The Oil City Police Department is investigating damage discovered at multiple gardens in the 400 block of Colbert Avenue.

Police say it appears plants have been tampered with in multiple locations.
