COOPERSTOWN, Pa. (EYT) –Franklin-based State Police report a theft took place in Cooperstown, Venango County.

According to police, an unknown suspect(s) stole a licence plate from the car of a Tologo Road, Cooperstown woman sometime between June 30 and July 1.
