Police Take Three Franklin Teens into Custody for Alleged Underage Drinking

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin Police say around 11:59 p.m. on April 13, an incident of underage drinking occurred at the intersection of 11th Street and Chestnut Street, in the City of Franklin, Venango County.

According to police, a 17-year-old juvenile male, 18-year-old Nicholas Andrew Benn, and 19-year-old Austin Nathaniel Brenan, all of Franklin, were stopped for a curfew violation.

The three teens were found to be allegedly under the influence of alcohol.

The three were taken into custody and transported to the City of Franklin Police Department. Their parents were notified and came to pick them up.
