Portion of Duncomb Street Reopens

Oil City, Pa. – One lane of Duncomb Street between Seneca Street and Elm Street (Business Route 8) in Oil City, Venango County reopened Thursday.

Traffic may travel onto Duncomb Street from Elm Street to Seneca Street.

The lane for traffic attempting to turn from North Seneca Street onto Duncomb Street will remain closed.

Duncomb Street had been closed due to demolition work at the former Oil City parking garage.

The left lane restrictions on Elm and Seneca streets near the parking garage site will remain in place.
