CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – DUI charges have been filed against a Franklin man in connection with a January motor vehicle accident in Cranberry Township, Venango County.
Franklin-based State Police filed the following charges against 28-year-old Shane J. O’Neil on February 4 at Magisterial District Judge Patrick E. Lowrey’s office:
