Oil City Man Accused of Attempting to Kick Out Window in Patrol Car

SUGARCREEK BORO, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police say an Oil City man is facing charges following an incident last week in Sugarcreek Borough.

Police say the incident happened on April 17 around 8:40 p.m. when 46-year-old Robert Lee Benson, of Oil City, allegedly attempted to kick out the side rear window of a State Police patrol vehicle four times.

Benson was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Charges were filed at Venango County District Court 28-3-04.
