Franklin Police Find Burglary Suspect Hiding in Closet

police lightsFRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — A transient was arrested by Franklin Police early Tuesday morning.

Police responded to a residence in the 1400 block of Otter Street for a reported burglary around 12:34 a.m. While on the scene, police found Nathon Turk, 38, hiding in a closet.

He was arrested on felony criminal trespass charges.

Police also discovered Turk had warrants out for his arrest, including drug possession and contempt of court for a violation of an order or agreement.
