CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Venango Co. (EYT) — A child custody transfer became physical Wednesday and two Venango County residents are now facing charges.

According to Franklin-based State Police, Donald Paul Marlowe, 26, of Kennerdell and Dana Louise Marlowe, 27, of Kennerdell, were charged with Harassment and Disorderly Conduct in District Court 28-3-04.

The report said Dana Marlowe yelled from a vehicle at a known victim causing a disturbance to others and a juvenile in the vehicle, then Donald Marlowe shoved the victim in the parking lot of a Home Depot store in Cranberry Township during the transfer of the child.
