Vehicle Rolls Multiple Times on Route 417; Woman Injured

ambulance-blurry-6-10OAKLAND TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A one-vehicle accident occurred yesterday afternoon on State Route 417, in Oakland Township, Venango County.

According to Franklin-based State Police, around 5:10 p.m., a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander was traveling north on Route 417, and the driver – 38-year-old Della K. Orr, of Titusville – failed to negotiate a left turn in the roadway. The vehicle ran off the east berm, and the undercarriage gouged the dirt, causing it to roll multiple times before coming to a final rest on the road.

Community Ambulance Service transported Orr to Titusville Hospital for suspected minor injuries. She was using a seat belt.

Oakland Volunteer Fire Department assisted State Police and Community Ambulance Service at the scene.

Shambaugh Towing removed the vehicle from the scene.
