State Police Release Details on Route 62 Crash

PRESIDENT TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State Police have released the details of a crash that occurred on Sunday afternoon on State Route 62, in President Township, Venango County.

According to Franklin-based State Police, around 12:23 p.m. on Sunday, February 4, 35-year-old Joshua A. Kane, of Tionesta, was traveling south on Route 62 and lost control of his 2001 Chevrolet 4D.

The vehicle crossed into the northbound lane, exited the roadway, and then struck a ditch.

Lane and his passenger — 23-year-old Olivia M. Luckey, of Tionesta — were using seat belts and were not injured.

Community Ambulance Service, President Township Volunteer Fire Department, and Minich’s Towing assisted at the scene.
