Oil City Woman Charged With Retail Theft from Walmart

CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – An Oil City woman is facing retail theft charges following an incident that occurred on August 7 at Walmart.

Franklin-based State Police responded to a retail theft at Walmart in Cranberry Township, Venango County, at 7:49 p.m. on Wednesday, August 7.

Upon arrival on the scene, it was indicated by Walmart that 60-year-old Anita Louise Dykins concealed multiple items in a personal bag and removed them from the store.

She was transported to PSP Franklin to be fingerprinted and photographed.

A non-traffic citation was filed for Dykins on the charge of Retail Theft.
