FARMINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Warren-based State Police say around 5:10 p.m. on July 22, a vehicle versus motorcycle accident occurred on State Route 957, at its intersection with Miller Hill Road, in Farmington Township, Warren County.

According to police, the collision involved 65-year-old Pamela J. Pratt, of Inverness, Fl., and 51-year-old David L. Flasher, of Sugar Grove, Pa.

According to police, this crash occurred as a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse — driven by Pratt — was traveling north on Miller Hill Road and a 2003 Honda VPX 1300 — operated by Flasher — was traveling west on State Route 957.

Police say Pratt did not see the motorcycle and pulled into the intersection. Flasher was unable to stop and crashed his motorcycle into the side of the Chevrolet Traverse.

Flasher was transported to Warren General Hospital for injuries of unknown severity.

He was wearing a motorcycle helmet.

Pratt and a passenger 50-year-old Jemima L. Miller, of Sugar Grove, were using seat belts and were not injured.

Pratt was charged with a traffic violation.

Police were assisted at the scene by Lander Volunteer Fire Department and Emergycare.
