Raegan-Phenicie-1466712952Raegan McNeish Phenicie, 42, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016.

She was born April 3, 1974 in Butler,the daughter of Clyde McNeish, Sr. of Butler and the late Christina (Kurychak) McNeish.

Raegan loved hunting, fishing, baking, crafting, motorcycle riding, helping everyone and spoiling her grandchildren. She donated her time to numerous charities. She was a retired RN.

Surviving are her husband, Donald Phenicie of Franklin; daughters, Jocelynn (Joe) Deets of Franklin and Krista Cooter of Franklin; 2 sons, Devin and Brandon Phenicie both of Franklin; 3 grandchildren, Joey and Julianna Deets and Zoey Proudfoot; 2 sisters, Tammy (William) Simpson of Franklin and Hailey McNeish of Butler; 4 brothers, Clyde (Jenny) McNeish, Jr. of Hilliards, Kenny McNeish of Butler, Michael McNeish of Butler and Brian (Nancy) McNeish of West Sunbury; 4 sister-in-laws, DeAnna (Vernon) Hook of Grove City, Midge Richar of Seneca, Dora (Tom) Manross of Franklin and Tammy Phenicie of Franklin; nephews and nieces, Briar McNeish of West Sunbury, Mikie McNeish of Butler, Justin and Joshua McNeish of Hillards, Alicia and Jamie Carson of Oil City, Cyndi and Ron Fink of Oil City, Ron and Emily Phenicie of Franklin, Eric and Sarah Phencie of Oil City, and Brad Hook of Grove City; step-mother, Caroline Christy of Butler; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, aunt Donna Tiche, maternal and paternal grandparents and a niece, Bridget Hook.

Friends will be received at Young Funeral Home, Ltd., 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, on Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 11A-1PM and from 3-5PM with a service at 5PM.

Interment in Old Sandy Cemetery in Polk.
