Ramanda MilfordRamanda D. Milford, 42, a resident of 643 Elk Street in Franklin, died peacefully Tuesday, February 14, 2017 in her home.

She was born October 19, 1974 in Oil City, a beloved daughter of: Raymond D. Miller, Jr. and Karol A. Fiely Miller.

She was a graduate of Franklin High School and was a graduate of the Venango County Vo-Tech’s Licensed Practical Nursing program.

Ramanda had worked for a number of years throughout the Venango County area as a licensed practical nurse.

In her spare time, she enjoyed bowling and was a member of various bowling leagues in the Seneca and Franklin area. She also enjoyed shooting pool, and actively had participated in different pool leagues as well.

Above all, her daughter was the light of her life! She always cherished more than anything, the good times and fun things that they were able to do together. Ramanda will be deeply missed by her loving family and many friends.

She is survived by her parents, of Franklin and by her daughter, Ariyanna R. Miller also of Franklin; in addition to her brother, Raymond D. Miller, III of Georgia and by two sisters: Angel M. Bianchi of Franklin and Suzette R. Wentworth and her husband Shane of Polk and by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Ramanda was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Friends may call Saturday 9-11 AM in the Galloway United Methodist Church, 196 Seysler Road in Franklin.

Funeral services in celebration of Ramanda’s life will take place at 11 AM Saturday in the church with Pastor Roy Gearhart, officiating.

Memorial contributions, if desired, may be directed in Ramanda’s name to the Venango County Humane Society, P.O. Box 1045, Oil City, PA 16301.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Timothy E. Hartle Funeral Home, 1328 Elk Street in Franklin.
