Reno Woman Accused of DUI Drugs, Possession

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Sugarcreek Borough Police have been investigating an incident involving DUI drugs that occurred on the 400 block of Rocky Grove Avenue, Franklin, Venango County.

Police say the investigation allegedly revealed that 27-year-old Erika Kearns, of Reno, was DUI with a combination of drugs in her system.

There was a search conducted on the vehicle in which she was driving that allegedly contained drugs and paraphernalia, according to police.

Police say Kearns was charged with the following offenses:

  • one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Schedule 1
  • seven counts of Drug Paraphernalia
  • one count of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Schedule 1
  • one count of Driving under the Influence of With a Combination of Drugs
  • one count of Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed

The incident occurred around 2:26 p.m. on February 12, 2015.
