In the 16th District, labeled the 3rd District previous to this year’s congressional redistricting, Republican Representative Mike Kelly, who also ran unopposed, won nearly 100% of the votes.

Kelly’s opposition in November will be Ron DiNicola, an Erie County attorney who beat challengers Chris Rieger and Robert Multari to win the Democratic nomination in the 16th District.
