CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, around 12:54 p.m. on October 19, a retail theft occurred at WalMart, on Kimberly Lane, in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

Police say 59-year-old Marian Loretta Whitman allegedly removed items from WalMart in her shopping cart.

The value of the items was $18.97.

A criminal complaint was filed with District Judge Dinberg charging her with Felony 3 Retail Theft.

She was released on $1,000.00 unsecured bail.
