Kohan Robert BudRobert Anthony “Bud” Kohan, Sr., 74, of Kennerdell, Rockland Township, formerly of Allison Park, died unexpectedly of natural causes Wednesday night, October 7, 2015 at his residence.

He was born in Pittsburgh on February 25,1941, a son of the late Andrew and Agnes (Welsh) Kohan.

Bud loved to watch NASCAR and attended many of the local dirt track races. He enjoyed riding his quad around the neighborhood.

He was the beloved husband of Kathie (McDermott) and a loving father to Danny, Timmy, Donny, Alan, and Robert, Jr.; grandfather of seven and a great-grandfather of two; brother of Sue Benaglio, Ann Sollinger, Nancy Myros, and Jane Bittner, and Tom, Ron and Andy Kohan.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Joe, Bill, John, and Albert Kohan; and his sisters, Eileen and Sally Kohan.

Funeral services will be private. A memorial will be planned by his family for a later date.

The Hile-Best Funeral Home in Seneca, Cranberry Township is completing funeral arrangements.
