Robert T. Evans, 75, formerly of Plummer St. Oil City, PA., died Sunday Feb. 5, 2017 at the Clarion Hospital after an extended illness.

Born April 26, 1941 in Oil City, he was the son of the late Harvey & Florence Hanna Evans.

Robert had worked for Johns Mansville for many years.

He enjoyed gardening and had been a ham radio operator.

Survivors include a sister, Constance Perry & her husband Larry of Cooperstown; a brother, William Evans & his wife Sally of Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a step son, Ron Knauff and a brother, James Evans.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

Interment will be in Rynd Farm Cemetery.
