Rocky Grove Fireman’s Fair Kicks Off Today

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — The Rocky Grove Fireman’s Fair begins on Tuesday, June 27, at the Fire Department grounds on Shufstall Street in Franklin.

The fair, a local tradition since 1933, begins at 4:00 p.m.

The parking fee is $3.00 per night.

Crafters and vendors will be inside the large fire hall room throughout the week.

Tuesday is family night and armbands are $12.00, which includes unlimited rides from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Armbands on Wednesday and Friday are $15.00 per person.

The parade will be held on Wednesday. Stat Medevac will tentatively be landing in the field after the parade and will be on display.

Allegheny Toyota will also have two vehicles on display.

Thursday is Buddy Night where two can ride for $15.00. Another attraction will be Thursday’s Race Car Night Show.

There will be fireworks on Friday night. If it rains, the fireworks will be held on Saturday.

Saturday’s main attraction is the garden tractor pull.
