MEADVILLE, Pa. (EYT) – Jordan Roser hit five 3-pointers on her way to a game-high 15 points, as Maplewood knocked off Rocky Grove, 57-22, in the District 10 Class 2A quarterfinals Saturday afternoon at Meadville High School.
Isabelle Snyder also hit a pair of 3-pointers and scored 12 points for the Lady Tigers, who connected on nine long-range shots in the game.
Maggie Hunter chipped in 11 points for Maplewood, which led 28-10 at halftime.
Mariah Vincent paced Rocky Grove with 12 tallies while going a perfect 8 of 8 from the free-throw line. Emerson Ekis added four points.
Maplewood is 19-4 on the year and will play West Middlesex in the semifinals.
Rocky Grove finishes the season 6-17.
