Rocky Grove High School to Host Electronic Recycling Event on November 15

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – Rocky Grove High School is holding an Electronic Recycling event on Thursday, November 15, “America Recycles Day.”

The event will be held from 7:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Rocky Grove High School’s maintenance lot located at N. Gilfillan and McCalmont Streets.

Accepted recyclables include the following items:

– Computer Monitors (no tube-style)
– Laptops
– Printers
– Tablets
– DVD Players
– VCRs
– Cell Phones
– CD Players
– Cassette decks
– Alarm Clocks
– Video Cameras
– Phone Systems
– Stereos
– Video Game Consoles
– iPods
– Tape Players
– Electrical Cords/ Chargers

NOTE: TV’s, copiers, and tube-style computers will NOT be accepted.

This event was organized by the Rocky Grove High School gifted students. The student volunteers are comprised of gifted students, SADD Club members, French IV students, Jr. High learning support students, Courtesy Club, and Ecology students.
