FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Around 7:14 p.m. on July 29, Sugarcreek Borough Police arrested a Rocky Grove woman for Public Drunkenness on the 200 Block of Rocky Grove Avenue, in Franklin, Venango County.

Police were dispatched to the area of Rocky Grove Avenue for reports of a female highly intoxicated walking up the sidewalk, in to traffic, etc.

According to police, 30-year-old Kelly Dickinson, of Rocky Grove, was located at a residence in the 200 Block of Rocky Grove Avenue.

She allegedly became belligerent with family and was taken into custody for Public Drunkenness and remanded to Venango County Jail by Magisterial District Judge Lowry.

No other information was provided.
