Rose M. Dunkle, 66, of Wallaceville Road, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Monday, May 23, 2016.

She was born in Franklin on September 15, 1949 to the late Albert and Mabel Weaver Cozad.

Rose graduated from Cranberry High School, class of 1967.

She married Mr. Robert J. Dunkle, Sr. on May 16, 1970 in Oil City. They recently celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary.

Rose worked at the Sky High Drive In until their closing, Foster Forbes glass plant, where she met Robert, Scotts Dry Cleaning, and Cross Creek Resort.

She loved all of her animals, including her two dogs, Angel and Rusty, and her cat, Patchs.

Rose is survived by her loving husband Robert of Titusville; daughter, Ronda Terrill and husband Ralph of Plumer; two grandsons, Dylan Robert Terrill and wife Nicole of Wyoming and Cole Emry Terrill of Plumer; two sisters, Christine Chittester and husband James of Seneca, and Karen Stimpson and husband Ronald of South Dakota; six brothers, Albert Cozad and wife Marie of Franklin, George Cozad and wife Betty of Franklin, Phillip Cozad and wife Ruby of Cranberry, Michael Cozad and wife Sandra of Franklin, William Cozad and wife Cheryl of Hermitage, and Braden Cozad and wife Marie of Franklin; a sister in law, Sandra Cozad of Arizona; and ever growing nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Robert J. Dunkle, Jr.; two sisters, Barbara Hunsburger and Judith Neal; and one brother, Donald Cozad.

No services will be observed.

Inurnment will be in Wallaceville Cemetery.
