Rottweiler Allegedly Bites 10-Year-Old Girl; Dog Owner Charged with Having Unlicensed Dog

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say around 4:15 p.m. on August 15, a Rottweiler dog owned by a Titusville woman allegedly bit a girl on Titan Lane, in Jackson Township, Venango County.

According to police, a 4-year-old Rottweiler dog owned by 25-year-old Amy Trojak, of Titusville, alleged bit a 10-year-old girl.

Upon investigation, it was discovered that the dog was not licensed and not up to date with required vaccines.

Trojak was charged with one count of having an unlicensed dog through Magisterial District Judge Fish.

No information was provided on the condition of the girl.
