Rouseville Man Allegedly Assaults Woman During Domestic Dispute; Jailed on $150k Bail

crime photoROUSEVILLE BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police responded to a domestic dispute that occurred early this morning on the first block of Mechanic Street, in Rouseville Borough, Venango County.

According to police, around 12:29 a.m. on April 29, 28-year-old Thomas Eugene Cramer, of Rouseville, allegedly physically assaulted a 32-year-old Rouseville woman during a domestic dispute.

Police say Cramer was arraigned before District Judge Andrew F. Fish for violation of Simple Assault.

Unable to post $150,000.00 straight bail, he was committed to the Venango County Jail.
