Route 3020 Open After Bridge Replacement Project in Richland Township

RICHLAND TWP., Pa. — Route 3020, Master Road, opened yesterday after a bridge replacement project in Richland Township, Clarion County.

The Alum Rock bridge carrying Route 3020 over Turkey Run opened yesterday after being closed on March 20.

The posted detour has been lifted.

This $887,020.00 bridge replacement project was constructed by Francis J. Palo, Inc., and was expected to be completed in mid-October. The bridge opened earlier than anticipated.

The contractor is finishing a few minor items.

Remember to slow down and use caution in work zones. Fines are doubled for violations in work zones.
