MANHATTAN, New York — A New Jersey woman said she ended up winning $5 million from a New York Lottery ticket that she never intended to buy.

Oksana Zaharov asked the clerk for a $1 scratch-off ticket, but the clerk gave her a $10 Set For Life ticket instead. She decided to buy the ticket anyway and found herself a big winner.
