HOUSTON, TX — Doctors at Texas Medical Center shared video footage of a woman playing the flute while undergoing a brain surgery procedure.

The woman was undergoing a procedure known as “deep brain stimulation”, which has been found to be effective for treating symptoms of conditions including essential tremor and Parkinson’s disease.
