BANGKOK, Thailand — A witness who came across a cat about to become a meal for a python in Thailand ended up rescuing the feline from the snake’s grasp.

A video filmed in Bangkok shows the man in a reflective vest and hard hat working to uncoil the python from around the cat’s body.
