FALLSTON, Maryland — A Maryland man had an unusually lucky couple of days when he scored a $100,000 lottery jackpot the day after winning a radio call-in contest.
The 44-year-old Fallston man told Maryland Lottery officials he won a radio-call in contest for a book and the next day his luck struck a second time when the $100,000 Crossword scratch-off ticket he bought from a Wawa convenience store in Fallston turned out to be a top prize winner.
