SHEFFIELD, England — Six hundred sixty-four people got together in the city of Sheffield, England, recently to break the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest simultaneous round of hopscotch.

On Friday, the Sheffield City Council Friday that the event was officially certified as a new record by Guinness, beating the previous record of 621 people.
