Say What?!: One of Two Monitor Lizards Spotted in California Captured

NORTH CO. California — A reptile expert managed to capture a large invasive monitor lizard spotted in a California neighborhood, but authorities believe another of the reptiles remains at large.

According to reptile expert Susan Nowicke, who captured the lizard Friday evening, it measured about three feet long, making it too small to account for some of the sightings that reported a 4-foot monitor lizard in the area.
