FREDERICKSBURG, Va. — A Chick-fil-A employee went above and beyond by climbing down under a road to retrieve the cell phone a customer managed to drop down a storm drain.

The employee, Seth Ratliff, contacted the city to try to get help, but was unsuccessful, so he decided to climb down a manhole himself to find the phone.
