CONIFER, Colo. — A woman in Colorado caught video footage of a black bear balancing precariously on the balcony of her home.

The video shows the bear, which gained access after the woman removed her “bear barrier” to allow a roofer to get to the building, carefully walking across the narrow railing of the balcony.
